Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
We do offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be exchanged for a different size or color of the same product, or store credit, subject to availability.
- Items marked as final sale, custom, or made-to-order (including any customized or personalized products) are not eligible for exchange.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect due to our error.
